H4 EKO-D MAX wood boiler
The H4EKO‑D 25 – 55 kW wood boiler with manual loading combines classic wood heating with modern technologies that guarantee high boiler efficiency of up to 90% and its environmental friendliness (minimum emissions and dust in the air).
Thanks to their power range of 25 – 55 kW, the boilers are designed for heating family houses and medium-sized buildings.
Boiler advantages:
- For loading long logs – up to 53 centimeters for all outputs
- Large combustion chamber with a volume of up to 201 liters
- Possibility of power modulation thanks to the fan
Control unit
The electronic control unit controls the entire heating system.
Maximum length of logs
Large 53-centimeter wood log
Money in the house
The high efficiency of the wood boiler saves heating costs.
Easy operation
- The boiler has a large loading shaft and is designed for burning logs with a length of up to 0.5 meters.
- The loading shaft can hold a large amount of wood per load. The volume of the loading chamber is from 137 to 201 liters depending on the output. This reduces the frequency of loading.
- Electronic control unit — the control unit can control not only the boiler, but also all elements of the heating system. So you don’t have to pay extra for superior modules controlling mixing valves, hot water heating or the storage tank. The boiler control unit itself takes care of everything.
- Simple setup and operation of the boiler, which is already factory-set to the required output. Before firing, all you need to do is set the primary and secondary air dampers to the marked line and you can start heating with the certainty of the required output.
- Possibility to connect to the web — the boiler can be connected to the internet when you buy internet modul and monitor its operation, history or change settings via phone or PC.
- Modulated fan speed — the fan modulates its speed from 50% to a maximum of 100%. The power is thus adjusted according to the current and required water temperature in the system.
Proven design
- The unique flat refractory concrete bottom of the combustion chamber allows you to create a large hot layer, which ensures high-quality fuel burning for long hours and without arching.
- Signaling of fuel burnout in the hopper — the control unit display shows a message about the fuel running out in the upper right corner. The customer thus knows without any problems when he can open the boiler and refill the fuel. In addition, when the boiler is connected to the internet, you can see the display of fuel burnout on your mobile phone.
- Smokeless firing in the boiler room — the exhaust flap ensures smoke extraction into the chimney without smoke escaping into the room.
- The boiler is able to maintain a permanent burning layer — in this case, the customer has a choice. Either he can quickly heat the water in the accumulation tank with maximum boiler output and perfect combustion with high efficiency and maximum fuel utilization. Which will bring him, for example, one day without the need to re-ignite. The second option is to try to maintain a hot layer in the boiler for as long as possible so that the boiler does not go out.
- Reduction of tarring in the firing chamber — part of the primary combustion air is fed into the upper part of the firing chamber so as to prevent condensation of vapors in the hopper and thus reduce tarring.
- The boiler is easy to maintain and clean thanks to easy access to the exchanger.
- The boiler includes a cooling loop that protects the boiler from overheating.
Economical and ecological operation
- The boiler has a high efficiency of up to 90.2%, which means efficient use of fuel energy.
- Low wood consumption together with a large hopper reduce the frequency of fuel addition.
- The accumulation tank further reduces the frequency of addition, and its connection is a condition for proper boiler operation.
- It falls into the 5th emission class and meets the conditions of ecodesign.
Long service life
- The boiler uses electronic components with a long service life.
- 5‑year warranty on the weldment when the boiler is installed by a trained installation company in accordance with the operating instructions.
- Combustion chamber protection — the boiler’s firing chamber is equipped with shielding plates that protect the weldment from the effects of fumes generated in the firing chamber.
Accessories
- The hydraulic set simplifies the installation of OPOP boilers and reduces the time needed to connect the boiler to the heating system. It is equipped with a thermostatic valve and a pump to ensure protection of the boiler against low-temperature corrosion. It allows you to connect an accumulation tank and a boiler for heating hot water. Only for output 25 and 35 kw.
- Internet module — connects the boiler to an application that continuously monitors the operation of the boiler and also stores the history of its operation.
