Modern approach
The boiler is easy to control via the control unit’s display, from a mobile phone, or from a computer.
The Biopel MINI CA V12 pellet boiler comes standard with automatic cleaning of the burner and heat exchanger, as well as automatic ash removal — minimum effort, maximum comfort. The compact hopper lasts up to a week without needing to be refilled.
Thanks to the new-generation V12 control unit, users benefit from advanced control with maximum automation, an intuitive 5‑inch touchscreen, and a clear graphical interface.
Minimal cleaning thanks to built-in accessories
- Maximum comfort and minimal maintenance thanks to the built-in compressor-based burner and heat exchanger cleaning system, which works by using compressed air from the compressor to blow through the burner grate and remove ash, or to blow through the boiler heat exchanger, dislodging ash into the ash pan. This allows the interval between manual cleanings to be extended up to six months.
- Automatic ash removal directs ash from the boiler into the automatic ash removal container. This means you only need to empty the container every few months.
- If you’re considering a more affordable option without automatic cleaning, check out the Biopel mini boiler.
Easy Operation
- It can run for up to a week without needing to be refilled with pellets. Compared to manually fed boilers, this saves you tens of minutes to hours each week.
- Wi-Fi connectivity included — the standard internet connection allows customers to control the boiler remotely and also saves on boiler service costs. The service company can remotely check the boiler’s parameters and settings without having to travel to the customer’s location.
- Automatic ignition — Biopel mini pellet boilers are capable of igniting pellets in the burner on their own to start boiler operation, and they can also let the pellets in the burner burn out on their own. This allows the pellet boiler to function similarly to a gas boiler, and the fire can be ignited remotely.
- Easy maintenance and burner cleaning — Biopel MINI burners are located in the front door of the boiler, making it easy to access the burner grate and clean it of any debris. The burner is also equipped with a removable grate, which makes cleaning even easier.
The smart, next-generation V12 control unit allows for comprehensive control of the boiler and all components of the heating system
- Provides control of hot water heating, storage tank and underfloor heating.
- Control of 2 mixing valves.
- Connection of 2 room thermostats to control 2 independent heating circuits.
- Connection of 5 pumps.
- Equithermal regulation based on outdoor temperature.
- Weekly operation programming.
- Heating of the storage tank using 2 temperature sensors.
- Wi-Fi connection included in the boiler.
- Possibility of control also via mobile application.
- Firmware update via USB.
- Works with solar panels and other heat sources.
- Integrated control of heating system elements saves costs on purchasing a boiler room.
- Feeder calibration — a function that adapts the boiler to burning various variants of quality pellets.
- Support for communication with smart home systems via the sinum module.
Space-saving and compatibility
- Storage variants — several storage variants can be connected to Biopel MINI boilers — compact 150, compact 225 or external. Thanks to this offer, the boiler can be adapted to the conditions of the boiler room. For example, an external hopper allows the boiler to be connected to a hopper in the next room.
- The small, compact size of the assembly — 85 cm wide for the 11 and 15 kW versions with a compact 150 hopper allows it to be placed even in smaller boiler rooms.
- Compatibility — when shipping pellet boilers, they are delivered separately packaged — boiler, burner, hopper. In the case of a Biopel MINI boiler with an external hopper, there are four packages in total — boiler, burner, hopper and feeder. This system allows easy placement of the boiler in the boiler room, because all parts of the set can pass through a 60 cm wide door and there is no need to carry the weight of the entire pellet boiler set at once. In addition, the possibility of fitting the hopper with wheels ensures easier handling and fuel refilling.
- Left-right design — the hopper for the boiler can be placed on the right or left side of the boiler, thus adapting the arrangement of the set to the possibilities of the boiler room.
- Intelligent hopper design — we have modified the compact hoppers so that the burner cover moves into the hole in the hopper when the hopper is opened, this concept has enabled a reduction in space requirements in the boiler room.
