H4EKO-D wood boiler
Control unit
The electronic control unit controls the entire heating system.
Money in the house
The high efficiency of the solid fuel boiler saves heating costs.
Small boiler size
Thanks to the smart design solution, the boiler can be placed even in smaller spaces.
The boiler has a large loading shaft relative to the overall size of the boiler, which can accommodate a large amount of wood per load. The volume of the loading chamber is from 42 to 82 liters depending on the power and the length of the logs is from 33 to 40 centimeters.
Easy to operate
- Very small boiler dimensions considering the power range from 16 kW to 25 kW. For example, the 16 kW boiler version is only 50 cm wide and 96 cm high. It fits into very small spaces without the need for structural modifications.
- Modulated fan speed — the fan modulates its speed from 50% to a maximum of 100%. The power is thus adjusted according to the current and required water temperature in the system.
- Electronic control unit — the control unit can control not only the boiler, but also all elements of the heating system. You do not have to pay extra for superior modules controlling mixing valves, hot water heating or the storage tank. Everything is taken care of by the boiler control unit itself.
- Possibility of connecting to the web — the boiler can be connected to the internet in case you buy internet modul and monitor its operation, history or change settings via phone or PC.
- Smart solution for exhausting flue gases when adding fuel – the boilers are equipped with an exhaust flap that ensures smoke is extracted into the chimney.
- Signaling of fuel burnout in the hopper — a message about fuel running out is displayed in the upper right corner of the control unit display. This way, the customer knows without any problems when he can open the boiler and add fuel. In addition, when connecting the boiler to the Internet, you can see the display of fuel burnout on your mobile phone.
- Simple setting and operation of the boiler, which is already set to the required output from the factory. Before firing, it is enough to set the primary and secondary air flaps to the marked line and it can start heating with the certainty of the required output.
- Easy maintenance and cleaning thanks to easy access to the exchanger.
Proven design
- The unique flat refractory concrete bottom of the combustion chamber allows for the creation of a large hot layer, which ensures high-quality fuel burning for long hours and without arching.
- The loading door is robust to ensure perfect tightness without smoke leakage. Thanks to the spring opening system, handling them is very easy.
- Reduction of tarring in the loading chamber — part of the primary combustion air is fed to the upper part of the loading chamber to prevent condensation of vapors in the hopper and thus reduce tarring.
- The boiler includes a cooling loop that protects the boiler from overheating.
Economical and ecological operation
- The boiler has a high efficiency of up to 93.1%, which means efficient use of fuel energy.
- Low wood consumption together with a large hopper reduce the frequency of fuel loading.
- Boilers have up to 30% lower consumption compared to old combustion boilers.
- Low electricity consumption.
- The storage tank will further reduce the frequency of fueling, when its connection is a condition for the correct operation of the boiler.
- It falls into the 5th emission class and meets the conditions of ecodesign.
- High-quality combustion produces very low emissions even without the use of a lambda probe or other devices.
Long service life
- The boiler uses electronic components with a long service life.
- 5‑year warranty on the weldment when the boiler is installed by a trained installation company in accordance with the operating instructions.
- Combustion chamber protection — the boiler’s fueling chamber is equipped with shielding sheets that protect the weldment from the effects of fumes generated in the fueling chamber.
Accessories
- The hydraulic set simplifies the installation of OPOP boilers and reduces the time needed to connect the boiler to the heating system. It is equipped with a thermostatic valve and a pump to ensure protection of the boiler against low-temperature corrosion. It allows you to connect an accumulation tank and a boiler for heating hot water.
- Internet module — connects the boiler to an application that continuously monitors the operation of the boiler and also stores the history of its operation.
