Pelletboiler Biopel 60-80
Heats large spaces
Also for cascade solutions in large boiler rooms in apartment buildings.
Automatic heating operation
Use remote boiler control and automatic ignition.
Convenient online control
You get an Internet connection as standard.
- The Biopel 60 boiler with a power of 60 kW and the Biopel 80 with a power of 80 kW are designed for heating large spaces such as schools, kindergartens, industrial buildings or hospitals. We offer a wide range of tank sizes up to 9 tons of pellet content. In addition, the boiler is self-cleaning thanks to the supplied accessories.ses the overall performance and operation variability.
Easy to use
- Online control as standard — an Internet connection as standard allows the customer to control the boiler remotely and saves on boiler service costs. The service company can remotely check the boiler parameters and settings.
- Automatic ignition and extinguishing — boilers are able to fill the pellets in the burner themselves and thus start the boiler operation, they can also let the pellets in the burner extinguish themselves.
- Easy maintenance and cleaning of the boiler, which is carried out automatically by a compressor. Dirt falls into the boiler ash pan, which is cleaned automatically by the automatic ash removal using a screw feeder. This stuffs all the ash falling into the ash pan part of the boiler into a special container.

- An outdoor sensor allows you to set the water temperature control in the boiler heating system according to the outdoor temperature and thus save on heating costs.
The boiler control unit allows:
- Control of 2 mixing valves
- Connection of 2 room thermostats to control 2 independent heating circuits.
- Connection of 5 pumps – CH pump, DHW pump, valve 1 pump, valve 2 pump, separately configurable pump.
- Time control of the boiler output temperature – programmable weekly operating mode.
- Heating of the storage tank using 2 temperature sensors
- Online control of all boiler and heating circuit functions using the OPOP internet interface.
- Mobile application for phones with iOS and Android operating systems enabling remote boiler management.
- Updating the control unit firmware using the USB interface to obtain new functions.
- Works with solar panels and other heat sources.
Economical and ecological operation
- High efficiency of up to 90.6% ensures optimal use of fuel energy.
- Low consumption of pellets and electricity ensures low heating costs.
- Low emissions (belongs to the 5th emission class, meets EKODESIGN).
- Modulation in the power range from 30% to 100%.
Space layout and compatibility
- Compatibility — when shipping a pellet boiler, the boiler, burner, feeder, ash removal, compressor, or external pellet storage are delivered separately packaged — boiler, burner, feeder, ash removal, compressor, or external pellet storage.
- Storage variants — we offer a wide range of storage sizes up to 9 tons of pellet content.
- Possibility of connecting a vacuum feeder, which automatically transports pellets from an external storage to the boiler up to a distance of 8 meters.
Long service life
- The burner is made of stainless heat-resistant steel, which can withstand high temperatures.
- 5‑year warranty on the boiler weldment, if you have it installed by a trained company according to the instructions.
