Combined wood and pellet boilers H4EKO-D MAX KOMBI
Fuel change according to your needs.
Allows you to change the method of loading exactly according to your needs.
Easy transition between fuels
Quick transition between manual loading and automatic operation.
Modern approach
Online control in the basic equipment, including the ability to turn the boiler on and off.
The H4EKO‑D MAX KOMBI boiler allows the burning of wood or pellets and quick transition between manual and automatic refueling.
Easy to operate
- Quick transition between automatic pellet operation and manual loading of wood.
- Online control in the basic equipment — an internet connection in the basic equipment allows the customer to control the boiler remotely and saves on boiler service costs. The service company can remotely check the boiler parameters and settings.
- Outdoor sensor – allows you to set the water temperature control in the boiler heating system according to the outdoor temperature and thus save on heating costs.
Heating by pellets:
- Automatic ignition and extinguishing – boilers are able to ignite pellets in the burner themselves and start the boiler operation, and can also let the pellets in the burner extinguish themselves.
- They heat for up to several days without the need for additional fuel.
- Easy maintenance and cleaning of the burner – the burners are located in the front door of the boiler, which makes it easy to access the burner grate and clean it of any dirt. The burner is also equipped with a removable grate, which makes cleaning even easier.
Heating by wood:
- The boiler has a large loading shaft and is designed for burning logs with a length of up to 0.5 meters.
- The loading shaft can hold a large amount of wood per load. The volume of the loading chamber is from 137 to 201 liters depending on the output. This reduces the frequency of loading.
- Signaling of fuel burnout in the hopper — the control unit display shows a message about the fuel running out in the upper right corner. The customer thus knows without any problems when he can open the boiler and refill the fuel. In addition, when the boiler is connected to the internet, you can see the display of fuel burnout on your mobile phone.
- The boiler is able to maintain a permanent burning layer — in this case, the customer has a choice. Either he can quickly heat the water in the accumulation tank with maximum boiler output and perfect combustion with high efficiency and maximum fuel utilization. Which will bring him, for example, one day without the need to re-ignite. The second option is to try to maintain a hot layer in the boiler for as long as possible so that the boiler does not go out.
The boiler control unit allows:
- Control of 2 mixing valves
- Connection of 2 room thermostats to control 2 independent heating circuits.
- Connection of 5 pumps – CH pump, DHW pump, valve 1 pump, valve 2 pump, separately configurable pump.
- Time control of the boiler output temperature – programmable weekly operating mode.
- Accumulation tank heating using 2 temperature sensors
- Online control of all boiler and heating circuit functions using the OPOP internet interface.
- Mobile application for phones with iOS and Android operating systems enabling remote boiler management.
- Updating the control unit firmware will use the USB interface to obtain new functions.
- DPCH- detection of operating errors. After clicking on the operating error, you can view a detailed description of the problem and how to solve it.
- Works with solar panels and other heat sources.
Proven design
- The unique flat refractory concrete bottom of the combustion chamber allows you to create a large hot layer, which ensures high-quality fuel burning for long hours and without arching.
- Reduction of tarring in the firing chamber — part of the primary combustion air is fed into the upper part of the firing chamber so as to prevent condensation of vapors in the hopper and thus reduce tarring.
- The boiler is easy to maintain and clean thanks to easy access to the exchanger.
Economical and ecological operation
- The boiler has a high efficiency of up to 93.1%, which ensures low heating costs.
- It has a low consumption of electricity and pellets or wood, .
- Low emissions (It falls into the 5th emission class, meets EKODESIGN)
- The boiler can be modulated in the power range from 30% to 100% at pellet and from 50% to 100% at wood.
Long service life
- The burner is made of durable stainless steel
- It has reliable electronic components
- 5‑year warranty on weld tightness when the boiler is installed by a trained installation company in accordance with the instructions
